Anita we first met by walking past the office one day in November of 2021. Her knowledge of the area and proactive nature caught our attention. She was not pressure selling or forcing things on us. She took her time to explain things. Once we found the right house she went to see the house and take pictures and videos. We trusted her that much we made an offer without seeing the home only in pictures and through her advice. We could not have bought a home without her guidance. She always responds well in communication and becomes a trusted advisor. It's hard to find agents that are truly committed to your interests as a buyer rather than their own as an agent. I found Anita through a mailer she sent me after I was unable to sell my property with another agent. Her approach and knowledge of the market caught my attention as I sifted through prospective agents. Anita was on top of every aspect of the sale including helping me find contractors for work I needed done pre-listing. Throughout the time we were on the market we had a major hurricane hit but Anita wasted no time in helping me reposition the listing and she creatively brought in clientele. My home was a challenge as it was bigger than most in the neighborhood, and had a mother-in-law suite in place of a garage, meaning a very unique buyer was needed. In the end we had multiple offers on the property and her advice along the way was wise and well-researched. Any time she was not sure she found out (usually within the hour). As a business professional myself, I was quite impressed, Anita comes with my highest recommendation. I highly recommend Anita, she is the best! I just sold my house and Anita Darvai represent me in this transaction. I needed help with everything. A friend of mine recommended me to use Anita Darvai as my realtor. Anita helped me stage the house, organize the cleaning process, hosted Open Houses every weekend and found many prospective buyers. She created very beautiful printed brochures with the house. Anita was very successful in bringing interested people to see the place. She was working very hard for me. She is very knowledgeable about the market and other listings and she advised me correctly in every situation. We are from CT and first met Anita when we were driving by an Open house in North Port Florida. We were looking for a second home. We went in and she was just so pleasant to talk with. She showed us around the home and answered all the questions we had. Although the home was not for us, she gave us a goodie bag on our way out,(nice touch!) and said if we find something and need help, don't hesitate to reach out to her. Well when we came back to CT, there was no question on who we would use to move forward in purchasing a home! We sent her many homes and she visited them for us, taking pictures etc. By the way, she never procrastinated! She was on whatever we sent her immediately and without delay! We put in several offers and none came to fruition from being outbid but she never stopped assisting us in our search. We finally got an offer accepted and she orchestrated the whole transaction! Made sure everything was done in a timely fashion, monitored the Title Search company, Land Surveyors, and even basic town stuff which is normally left to the new buyer to figure out. She also met with our inspector and stayed until he was done! She didn't send someone else. She made sure she was a part of everything, from beginning to end! All I can say is that I have been buying and selling real estate for some time now and she is at the top of my list of great Real Estate agents!!! We will definitely be using her again going forward! I just purchased commercial real estate with Anita Darvai. She helped me identify the best deal on the market, a Main Street property that is not easy to find. She negotiated a very attractive price for me and all the repairs that I requested. I am a real estate investor, and I recently had a 1031 Exchange where Anita acted as realtor. She helped me with everything from selling an old investment property to identifying and buying my new investment property, which by the way she negotiated very well. She respected my busy schedule but kept the transaction going diligently and made sure that everything is going smoothly and in time.
